Installing Mobile Atlas Creator on your Computer
1) To create Mbtiles files, you must first install Mobile Atlas Creator on
your computer. The latest version of Mobile Atlas Creator can be downloaded
from https://sourceforge.net/projects/mobac/files/.
2) Unzip the file and run the installation program.
