Remove the two chimney shafts and now press the cooker bonnet against the wall, in
the desired position. If necessary, use a spirit level to align the cooker bonnet
horizontally. Now mark the two holes in the motor block. Make sure that you do not
mark the centre of the circular holes on the wall, as described in the sketch below,
but the centre of the slotted holes where the cooker bonnet will eventually hang from
the screws. Then take the cooker bonnet down again and drill the holes for your wall
plugs at the two marked points on the wall and screw on/insert two screws ideally
with a washer screw. The screw head or washer should ideally have a diameter of
<12MM; in this case you can first screw the screws to the wall and then hang the
cooker bonnets on them by passing the screw head or head with the washer through
the large round hole and then tighten/screw the screw to the slotted hole above.

After the cooker bonnet has been mounted, now place the chimney shafts on the
cooker bonnet. After you have placed the base shaft (without air outlet holes), take
the mounting bracket provided for this purpose and place and fix it at the desired
height, usually directly below the ceiling, and fix the telescopic shaft to it.
