4.3 Betriebsarten
4.3.1. Booster (Standard)
In dieser Betriebsart werden die Gleisdaten
der Zentrale direkt an den Gleisausgang des
Boosters verstärkt ausgegeben. Eine Parallel-
schaltung der beiden 6A-Ausgänge erlaubt den
Betrieb eines Gleisabschnittes mit 12A Leistung.
4.3.2. Bremsbooster
In dieser Betriebsart erzeugt der Booster
„Bremsdaten". In Verbindung mit einem
„Bremsgenerator" können getrennte Abschnit-
te vor einem Signal zum Anhalten genutzt
werden. Die Fahrzeugdecoder müssen hierfür
die Betriebsart „Broadcast-Adresse", allgemein
auch als Adresse 0 bezeichnet, unterstützen.
Der DiMAX-Booster besitzt die Besonderheit,
dass zusätzlich auch die Funktionen in den
Fahrzeugen weiterhin schaltbar bleiben. Für

4.3.3. RailCom®-Austastlücke
Der Booster erzeugt in dieser Betriebsart
neben den DCC-Gleisdaten eine so genannte

During this operating mode all track data from
the central station is boosted and transfered di-
rectly to the rail output of the Booster. The paral-
lel connection of both 6 amp outputs allows the
operation of a track section with 12 amp power.
4.3.2. Braking Booster
During this operating mode the Booster
produces „braking-data". If operating with a
brake-generator you can use different sections
for stops before a signal. All loc-decoders need
to support the operating mode „Broadcast-
adress", generally also known as adress 0.
The special feature of the Booster is, that all
functions of the vehicles still are switchable.
