7. Then turn the knob base for chain tensioning
adjustment, after the adjustment is completed,
Turn the knob clockwise to fix the guide bar and
chain.(The tightness of the chain can be pulled
away from the chain bar by hand 3-5mm as
appropriate).
8. Turn the saw chain by hand, to check it runs freely.
It must slide smoothly and not come loose on the
chain bar.Be careful not to let the insert wood
tooth lift the side cover.
CAUTION

Before adjusting the tightness of the chain, loosen
the knob counterclockwise first, and then turn the
knob base to adjust. After adjustment, turn the knob
clockwise.
Battery pack assembly
Note: The slots on the side of the battery pack should
align with the inserts in the housing.
To remove the battery: Press the release button to
remove the battery pack upward.
When not in use, remove the battery and protect
the battery contacts. Loose metal parts could
short-circuit the battery, which results in a risk of
explosion and fire.

Always check that the chain brake is working
properly before use. If not, do not use the chain saw
and have it repaired by a qualified specialist or a
specialist workshop.
Manual activation of the chain brake: Tilt the pusher in
the direction of the chain bar tip.
Releasing the chain brake: Draw the pusher in the
direction of the front handle.
Lubrication
The chain saw is not supplied filled with oil. It is essential
to fill the chain oil before use. Never operate the chain saw
without chain oil or at an empty oil tank level, as this will
result in over heating or extensive damage to the product.
Chain life and cutting capacity depend on optimum
lubrication. Therefore, the chain is automatically oiled
during operation via oil outlet.
