Breakaways without gas recirculation
Î
If provided, push the receptacle insert (Pos. 7) with mounted filling hose through the
guide tube (Pos. 9) of the mounting (Pos. 8).
Î
Turn the eccentric actuator (Pos. 2) by 180° using an Allen key AF6 (see drawing
below)  the clamping jaws will open
Î
Place the receptacle insert (Pos. 7) with mounted filling hose into the
coupling body (Pos. 1).
Î
Close the clamping jaws by turning back the eccentric actuator (Pos. 2) using an Allen
key AF6.
Î
By gently pulling on the filling hose, check that the clamping jaws are firmly
positioned around the receptacle insert (Pos. 7)
Î
Check the breakaway coupling and the connections to the breakaway coupling for leak
tightness. Please refer to Chapter 9. Check of leak rate on page 44.
Î
If provided, insert the connector of the filling hose into the interface connector
(Pos. 12) of the holding case (Pos. 11).
