Putting into operation
Please observe the following instructions when putting the machine into operation and using it in order to obtain an optimum
counting result.
Connect the mains plug to the mains socket.

Now connect the mains cable to the CCE 3080 and switch it on.
•

The machine now starts the self-test.
•
The machine automatically starts in the last counting mode used.
Push the banknotes onto a straight surface so that the notes are flush on one long side and insert the notes centred - with
•
the flush side facing backwards - into the feeder. Slide the two banknote guides towards the stack so that the notes can be
fed in optimally.
•
If the notes are not inserted centred or flush, miscounting or non-recognition and sorting of notes may occur.
•
In the case of banknotes suspected of being counterfeit, the stop process is set so that the counterfeit banknote is the top
note in the stacker stack.
Software changes and currency updates
The CCE 3080 can be easily and quickly updated via USB sticks and currencies can also be exchanged via these updates. For
enquiries about special currencies, please contact your dealer directly. The newsletter of CCE - Cash Concepts Europe GmbH
informs you about important updates for your machine. You can register for the newsletter yourself via the website
www.cce.gmbh
and will then receive a maximum of 12 newsletters a year on current and important topics such as updates and
new products.
Detailed instructions for updating are enclosed with the stick with the new software.
