Step 1. Carefully mount the wheel to the
dropout and align the brake rotor inside of
the front brake. If necessary, loosen the nuts
to make this step easier.
Step 4. In the case of friction between the disc and the pads, it
is possible to align the brake to the rotor with the following
steps:
•
Loosen the two bolts holding the brake to the frame without
removing them completely.
•
Apply and maintain pressure to the brake lever with one
hand or by using a rubber band.
•
Tighten the two brake bolts again while keeping the brake
lever pressed.
•
Release the pressure from the brake lever.
•
Test that the friction is between the rotor and pads is gone
by rotating the wheel.

Step 2. Tighten the nuts using the 16mm
spanner provided in the tool box to
35-40Nm.
Step 5. Plug the motor cable located on the side of the front
electric motor.
Step 3. Rotate the front wheel and make
sure that the disc brake is not visibly
touching the brake pads and that friction
noise is not created.
