Clean the oven
1. Remove all accessories from the oven.
2. Clean the oven and the accessories with a soft
cloth, warm water and a mild detergent.
Turn off the oven and wait until it is cold. Place the accessories in the oven.

Application
The oven is off.
To bake cakes with crispy bottom and to preserve food.
To grill thin pieces of food and to toast bread.
To brown bread, cakes and pastries. To finish cooked dishes.
This function is designed to save energy during cooking. When you
use this function, the temperature in the cavity may differ from the set
temperature. The heating power may be reduced. For more informa‐
tion refer to "Daily Use" chapter, Notes on: Conventional Baking.
Preheat the empty oven
1. Set the maximum temperature for the function:
Time: 1 h.
2. Set the maximum temperature for the function:
Time: 15 min.
Step 2 Turn the control knob to select the tem‐
perature.
Step 3 When the cooking ends, turn the knobs
to the off position to turn off the oven.
