CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Remove the filter (15). (Fig.F12)
• Extract the handle (M) and pull it to remove the filter (16). (Fig.F12)
• Tap the filters in a waste container (bin, etc.).
If necessary, blow them with air, being careful not to damage them.
Do not wash the filters (15). If it's worn, replace it.
Do not use the appliance if the filters and the supports are damaged.
Do not use the appliance without the filters (15).
• Clean the filter (16) with a soft brush or water.
Wait for the filter (16) and container (6) to be completely dry before re-
assembling them.
• Re-assemble the filters (15 and 16) and the container (6) correctly.
• Position the container on the body of the motor (4), first attaching the lower part. (Fig.
F13)
• Push the upper part of the container (6) against the motor body (4) until you hear the
hooking "click". (Fig.F13)
Brush (11) cleaning
a. The rotating brush (11b) could collect yarns, hair, etc. through its bristles during use.
Clean it removing dirt from the bristles.
b. If necessary, it is possible to remove the rotating brush (11b), releasing the retainer (22)
with the aid of a coin.
c. After it has been cleaned, re-position it correctly and close the retainer (22) with the aid
(Fig.F14)
of a coin.
Power cord replacement
• If the electric cord is damaged, please refer to
a certified electrician for its repair.
Neither provide for its replacement nor
for its repair on your own.
