1. Examine the battery for damages, for example
cracks.

2. Examine the battery charger for damages, for
example cracks.
3. Make sure that the connection cord of the battery
charger is not damaged and that there are no cracks
in it.

Troubleshooting

Possible solution
Charge the battery.
The cutting attachment is blocked. stop the
product. Remove the battery. Clean the
cutting attachment from unwanted materials.
Loosen the chain.
Let the product become cool.
Release the power trigger and push the start
button.
Charge the battery.
Speak to your servicing agent.
Solution
Remove the battery from the charger and install the
battery in the battery charger again.
Clean the battery connectors.
Use the battery charger in temperatures between 0 °C –
+35 °C.
Replace the battery.
Connect the battery charger to a mains outlet.
Connect the battery charger to the voltage and frequency
that is specified on the rating plate.
Speak to an approved service agent.
