Battery Icon is fl ashing

Measurements appear
too high or too low
Prior to measurement,
the positioning system
(A) on the display does
not work.
Reason
• Batteries are fl at.
• Memory readings can be
called up, but measure-
ments are not possible.
Cuff is not wrapped on
the wrist well (too loose).
• Arm moved during infl a-
tion measurement.
• Systolic pressure is
above 280mmHg
Data transfer from
device to PC error, data
can not be successfully
transferred.
No information on the
display screen.
Blood pressure varies
constantly during the
day. Many factors such
as stress, time of day,
talking, coughing, laugh-
ing, moving etc. when
measuring will infl uence
the reading.
Positioning system (A) is
deactivated.

Solution
Insert new batteries.
Rewrap the cuff tighter
on the wrist.
Please do not move arm
or speak when you take a
measurement.
Please pull out the USB
cable from device, shut
down the device and
transfer again.
Check the battery instal-
lation for proper instal-
lation of the batteries'
polarities
Please read "Key rules for
accurate blood pressure
measurements" and
"Taking a measurement"
Refer to the chapter
«Select mode» to activate
the positioning system
(A).
