Insert the insertable tool into the inserta-
ble tool holder (10) at the desired working
angle.
Fully close the clamping lever for the tool
holder (1) making sure it engages.
Insert a compatible rechargeable battery
by STORCH into the device's battery com-
partment. If the rechargeable battery does
not slide in easily, do not use force.
Set the desired oscillation speed at the
speed control (4).
You can now use the on/off switch (2) to
start the device. Wear protective gloves
during work, and hold the device with both
hands.
Temperature-dependent overload protection
When used as intended, the device cannot be overloaded. In case of excessive load or if
the permissible battery temperature is exceeded, the electronics switch off. The device
cannot be used again until the temperature has dropped back to the normal range.

6. Maintenance

Your product requires very little in terms of maintenance and care. Remove the battery
before carrying out any work on the device and when transporting and storing the device.
Keep the device and ventilation slots clean and store it in a dry and frost-free place; the
ambient temperature should not exceed 40°C.

7. Troubleshooting

Symptom
The device is not working.
Sparks can be seen through the ventilati-
on slots during operation.

Solution
Make sure that the battery is sufficiently
charged and that it is fully inserted and
locked in place.
Minor sparking is normal, this does not
indicate a problem with the device.
