Ausserbetriebnehmen
über 12 Monate
Wird die Nutzturbine abgebaut und für längere Zeit auf
Lager gelegt, so ist wie folgt vorzugehen:
-
Nutzturbine zerlegen, (s. Kap. 5).

Lagerpartien der Welle und Lagerteile reinigen, und
mit Konservierungsmittel einstreichen.
-
Nutzturbine zusammenbauen und in montiertem Zu-
stand lagern.
-
Gehäuseanschlussflansche mit TECTYL 502 spritzen
oder streichen.
-
Alle Öffnungen der Nutzturbine mit Holzdeckeln und
Paraffinpapier als Dichtung abschliessen.
Als Lagerungsort eignen sich nur trockene Räume in de-
nen keine Kondenswasserbildung möglich ist.
Hinweis
Konservierte Nutzturbine jährlich auf Kor-
rosion überprüfen.
Bei Rostanfall Teile reinigen und Korro-
sionsschutz erneuern.

Taking out of operation
for over 12 months
If a power turbine has to be removed and stored for any
length of time, proceed as follows:
-
Dismantle the power turbine (see chap. 5).

Clean the shaft and the bearing parts and treat the
with a protective oil
-
Assemble the power turbine and store it in the
assembled condition.

Spray or brush the housing flanges with TECTYL 502.
-
Seal all openings in the power turbine with wooden
covers and paraffined paper.
Ensure that the room in which the power turbine is going
to be stored is dry and that there is no formation of
condensed - water possible.

Taking out of operation
Check mothballed power turbines yearly for
corrosion.
In the event of rust, clean and renew the
corrosion protection.
