Abdeckring ersetzen
-
Gasaustrittsgehäuse zusammen mit dem Gaseintritts-
gehäuse entfernen. (s. Abschn. 3.1).
NTC 214, 304
+ Sicherungsbleche (51012) aufbiegen und Befestigungs-
schrauben (51011) am Berstschutz (57200) entfernen
(s. Fig, 5-5/1).
+ Berstschutz (57200) entfernen.
+ Sicherungsblech (51003) aufbiegen und Schrauben
(51002) mit Drehsicherung (51004) entfernen.
NTC 254
+ Schrauben (51002) mit Verbus-Ripp-Scheiben (51013)
und Drehsicherung (51004) entfernen (s. Fig, 5-5/2).

Abdeckring (57000) entfernen.
-
Beschädigter Abdeckring ersetzen.
In sinngemäss umgekehrter Reihenfolge zusammenbauen.
Vorsicht !
Zur Sicherung der Schrauben immer neue
Sicherungsbleche verwenden !
Hinweis
Schrauben zum Abdeckring (57000) und
Berstschutz (57200) vor der Montage mit
Hochtemperatur-Schmiermittel "Anti-Scuff
Paste 868" von SPANJAARD schmieren
Das Festfressen der Befestigungsschrauben
wird dadurch verhindert.

Replacing the cover ring

Remove the gas outlet casing together with the gas
inlet casing ( see sec. 3.1).
NTC 214, 304
+ Bend up the locking plates (51012) and remove the
fixing screws (51011) from the burst protection (57200)
(see fig. 5-5/1).
+ Remove the burst protection (57200).
+ Bend up the locking plate (51003) and remove the
screws (51002) with the locking plates (51004) (see
fig.5-5/2).
NTC 254
+ Remove the screws (51002) with the Verbus-discs
(51013) and locking plates (51004) (see fig. 5-5/2).

Remove the cover ring (57000).
-
Have damaged cover ring replaced.
Follow these instructions in the reverse order for assembly.

Disassembly and assembly
Always use new locking plates for securing
the screws !
Before assembly coat the burst protection
screws (57200) and the cover ring screws
(57000) with high temperature compond
"Anti-Scuff Paste 868" from SPAN-
JAARD.
This prevents siezing of the fixing screws.
