Turbine demontieren und
montieren
Hinweis
Die Demontage und Montage der Turbine
ist nur mit dem speziellen Werkzeugsatz
möglich.
4.1
Sonnenradwelle demontieren
-
Turbine (42000) ausbauen (s. Abschn. 3.1).
-
Falls vorhanden (s. Kap. 7, Abschn. 2.2), Verschluss-
schraube (84013) der Sonnenradwelle (84010) entfer-
nen (s. Fig. 5-7/1).
Vorsicht !
Die Verschlussschraube (84013) ist nach 3-
maligem Gebrauch (3 Körnerschläge als
Markierung auf der Stirnseite) zu ersetzen.

Deckel der Montage-Demontage-Vorrichtung (90020)
entfernen.
-
Montage-Demontage-Vorrichtung (90020) bis zum An-
schlag in die Sonnenradwelle (84010) einschrauben
und mit Hakenschlüssel (90080) festziehen (siehe Fig.5-
7/2).
-
Kolben der Montage-Demontage-Vorrichtung (90020)
mit 6kt-Stiftschlüssel bis zum Anschlag eindrehen.
-
Deckel der Montage-Demontage-Vorrichtung (90020)
wieder montieren.
-
Schlauch der Hydraulikpumpe (90023) am Deckel der
Montage-Demontage-Vorrichtung (90020) anschliessen
(s. Fig. 5-7/3).
-
Hebel der hydraulischen Handpumpe (90023) so lange
betätigen bis sich die Sonnenradwelle (84010) von der
Welle (21001) gelöst hat.

Disassembling and assembling
the turbine

Removing the sun wheel shaft
-
Remove the turbine (42000) (see sec. 3.1).
-
If provided (see chap. 7, sec. 2.2), remove the screw
plug (84013) from the sun wheel shaft (84010) (see fig.
5-7/1).
Caution !
-
Remove the cover of the assembly-disassembly device
(90020).
-
Screw in the assembly-disassembly device (90020) into
the sun wheel shaft (84010) up to the limit and tighten
it firmly with the C-spanner (90080) (see fig. 5-7/2).
-
With an Allen key screw in the piston of the assembly-
disassembly device (90020) up to the limit.
-
Fit the cover back to the assembly-disassembly device
(90020).
-
Connect the hose of the hydraulic pump (90023) to the
cover of the assembly-disassembly device (90020) (see
fig. 5-7/3).
-
Actuate the lever of the hydraulic pump (90023) until
the sun wheel shaft (84010) detaches from the shaft
(21001).

turbine is possible only with the special set
of tools.
The screw plug (84013) must be replaced
after being used three times (3 center
punch markings at the front end).
