Demontage und Montage
Vorsicht !
Aufpressmass "K" messen, die nachstehen-
den Toleranzen sollten ereicht werden. (s.
Fig. 5-15/1)

Schwimmbüchse (32103) und Dichtung (32106) in das
Gleitlager (32101) einlegen (s. Fig 5-15/2).

Gleitlager (32101) und Hilfslager (32102) mit Schrau-
ben (32108) verschrauben.

Lager (32100) mit Dichtung (32110) in das Lagergehäuse
(42000) einschieben (s. Fig. 5-15/3) .
-
Lager mit Zylinderschrauben (42019) montieren.
Hinweis
Bedingt durch die unterschiedliche Loch-
teilung ist nur eine Montageposition mög-
lich.

Caution !
Check the press fit measure "K", the
following tolerances should be reaached
(see fig. 5-15/1).

Insert the floating bush (32103) and the gasket ring (32106)
into the plain bearing (32101) (see fig. 5-15/2).

Assemble the plain bearing (32101) and the auxiliary
bearing (32102) with the screws (32108).

Slide the bearing (32100) with the gasket ring (32110)
into the bearing casing (42000) (see fig. 5-15/3).
-
Fit the bearing casing with socket screws (42019) and
locking washers (42020).
Note
Due to the different hole separation only
one assembling position is possible.
