Bitte lesen Sie die vorliegende Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch. Bei

Zweckbestimmung
Bei diesem Medizinprodukt handelt es sich um eine Bandage zur zirkulär
komprimierenden Thoraxumfassung mit Verschlüssen, um den Thoraxbereich
(Brustkorb) zu stabilisieren.
Indikationen
Nach abdominalen operativen Eingriffen, Bindegewebsschwäche im
Abdominalbereich, Senkleib
Kontraindikationen
Lymphabflussstörungen auch unklare Weichteilschwellungen körperfern
des angelegten Hilfsmittels, Empfindungs- und Durchblutungsstörungen
der versorgten Körperregion, Erkrankungen der Haut im versorgten
Körperabschnitt
Anwendungsrisiken / Wichtige Hinweise
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist ein verordnungsfähiges Produkt. Sprechen Sie
Anwendung und Dauer mit Ihrem verordnenden Arzt ab. Die Auswahl der
geeigneten Größe und eine Einweisung erfolgt durch das Fachpersonal, von
dem Sie das Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.
– Medizinprodukt vor radiologischen Untersuchungen ablegen
– Wurde das Tragen bei Nacht angeordnet, Beeinträchtigungen des
Blutkreislaufs vermeiden.
– bei Taubheitsgefühl Medizinprodukt lockern oder ggf. abnehmen
– bei anhaltenden Beschwerden den Arzt oder Fachhandel aufsuchen
– Medizinprodukt indikationsgerecht einsetzen
– gleichzeitige Nutzung anderer Produkte nur nach Rücksprache mit Ihrem Arzt
– keine Änderungen am Produkt vornehmen
– nicht auf offenen Wunden tragen
– nicht verwenden bei Unverträglichkeiten gegen eines der verwendeten

– während der Tragedauer der Bandage: keine lokale Anwendung von
Cremes oder Salben im Bereich des angelegten Hilfsmittels – kann Material
zerstören
Anziehanleitung
Bei Erhalt Ihrer PostOban, ist das zweigeteilte Verschlusssystem geschlossen.
Bitte öffnen Sie diesen, und schlagen Sie die Seite mit dem Mikroklett einmal
um, damit sich die Verschlüsse gegenseitig nicht verhaken können.
Die PostOban um den Leib legen, die beiden unteren Verschlussplatten fassen
und die Bandage gleichmäßig nach vorne ziehen. Linke Verschlusshälfte
an den Leib pressen und die rechte Verschlusshälfte soweit ziehen, bis
ein Aufkletten möglich ist. Dann den Vorgang mit den beiden oberen
Verschlussplatten wiederhohlen.
Um die PostOban richtig zu positionieren, achten Sie darauf, dass das BORT-
Logo nach oben zeigt.

Intended purpose
This medical device is a support for circumferential enclosure of the thorax
with fasteners in order to stabilise the thorax region (chest)
Indications
After abdominal surgery, weakness of the connective tissue in the abdominal
area, pendulous abdomen
Contraindications
Lymph drainage disorders, also unclear soft tissue swellings distal to the
aid positioned, sensory and circulatory disorders with the region of the body
treated, skin diseases in the part of the body treated.
Application risks/Important notes
This medical device is a prescribable product. Discuss the use and duration
with your treating physician. The expert staff from whom you have received
the medical device will select the appropriate size and instruct you regarding
its use.
– remove the medical device prior to radiological examinations
– if wearing at night is prescribed, avoid negative influence on the circulatory
system
– in case of numbness, loosen the medical device and remove it if necessary
– in case of persistent complaints, consult the physician or specialist retailer
– use the medical device in accordance with therapeutic needs
– only use other products simultaneously after consultation with your physician
– do not make any changes to the product
– do not wear it on open wounds
– do not use in case of intolerance of one of the materials used
– no re-use – this medical aid is intended for treating one patient
– whilst wearing the support, please neither use any creams nor ointments on
or around it as they can destroy the material.
Fitting instructions
When you receive your PostOban, the two-piece fastening system is closed.
Please open it and turn the side with the micro Velcro over so that the
fasteners do not get caught in each other.
Place the BORT PostOban Special width Thorax abdominal support around
the torso, grasp both latch plates and pull the support forwards evenly. Press
the left latching half onto the torso and pull the right latching half so far that
you can attach it with Velcro. Then, repeat this procedure with both upper
latch plates.
To position the PostOban correctly, ensure that the BORT logo is facing
upwards.

Utilisation prévue
Ce dispositif médical est un bandage destiné à entourer le thorax avec une

bei sach- und anwendungsgemäßem Umgang bestimmt.

Removal
To remove the BORT PostOban Thorax abdominal support, open all latching
halves and remove it.

Close the Velcro fastening to avoid damage to other laundry items.
Do not use fabric conditioner. Stretch back into shape and dry in the fresh air.
Guarantee
The legal regulations of the country in which you acquired the product apply

a warranty claim. Please clean the product before submitting a warranty
claim. If the enclosed instructions for use have not been properly observed,
the warranty may be impaired or cancelled. The warranty does not cover use

Useful life/Lifetime of the product
The lifetime of the medical device is determined by its natural wear and tear if
treated appropriately and as recommended.

and the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

Instruction d'application
Le système de fermeture en deux parties est fermé lorsque vous recevez votre
PostOban. Ouvrez le système et rabattez une fois le côté comportant
le micro-velcro pour que les fermetures ne puissent pas s'accrocher entre
elles.
Poser le soutien pour le thorax/l'abdomen taille spéciale BORT PostOban
autour du ventre, saisir les deux plaques de fermeture inférieures et tirer
le bandage vers l'avant de façon équilibrée. Presser la moitié gauche de la
