Overview of infrared remote
General description
The infrared remote control (WTC-IR) is
compatible only with the infrared receiver
(WTC-IS) and fan coil units fitted with the
Water Terminal Controller.
The remote control must be directed
■
towards the unit receiver when sending
the command.
The maximum operating range for the
■
remote control is approx. 5 m.
No obstructions such as curtains or plants
■
should be between the control and the
unit. Direct sun on the receiver may
interfere with good signal reception.
The arrow icon on the left side of the
■
display indicates that the message has
been sent. If the beep function is enabled,
the infrared receiver will emit a beep to
indicate that the signal has been received.

Batteries
When the battery symbol appears on the
screen, this indicates that the batteries are
exhausted.
The remote control uses two alkaline
batteries (1.5 V, LR03 AAA). The average
battery life during normal use is
approximately one year.
IMPORTANT: Do not use used batteries or
batteries of different types.
