their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
• Do not disconnect the device from the cord, use the plug
instead.
• Do not move the appliance while it Is operating to avoid da-
mage and risk of fire.
• Do not leave the device operating and unattended for long
periods of time. In that case, ensure it is turned off and dis-
connected from the power supply.
• The device will reach high temperatures during use. Avoid
touching its surface while it is operating and immediately
after.
• Do not cover the device in order to avoid over-
heating.
• Keep the appliance clean. Do not allow objects
to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening.
• Do not handle the element with bare or wet
hands. If it is inadvertently touched, remove finger marks
with a soft cloth and methylated spirits or alcohol, otherwi-
se the marks will burn into the element causing premature
heater failure.
• This product is designed for outdoor use only. Do not opera-
te the appliance in direct sunlight.
• Do not run the power cable under carpeting. Do not cover
the power cable with rugs, runner, or similar coverings.
Arrange the power cable away from foot traffic and where
it will not be tripped over.
• Do not wind the power cord around the unit.
• Do not use this device with other timers or separate remo-
te-control systems.
• Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a
bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
• Allows a safety distance of 2.2 m from the ground, 1 m on
front of it and 1.5 m from the ceiling and 2 m to the sides.
