BS-3.9/1m QVGA Camera probe
Item No. 409211
Intended use
This product is a camera attachment for various endoscope main units from the Voltcraft
product range (see the compatibility list under "Technical data"). It is designed for visual

Use on persons or animals as well as in potentially explosive areas is not permitted. The device
is supplied with power via the connected endoscope main unit.

Operation
Hold the camera head and neck only in voltage-free liquids (no acidic or basic
solutions). The camera neck may not be submerged in water past the marking "IP
67 max. water level" located on the plug, as the plug itself is not waterproof.
The endoscope is suited for inspection only in voltage-free systems. The camera
head is made of metal and can cause short-circuiting. For safety reasons, make
sure all system components are voltage-free before inspection.
Do not exceed the minimum bending radius of 45 mm.
Place the included lens cap on the camera lens when the camera is no in use.
1. Carefully connect the product plug to the corresponding socket on your endoscope main
unit.
Make sure that the pins inside the plug are correctly aligned with the socket to
prevent their breaking off or bending.
2. Secure the connection using the fastening ring on the endoscope main unit.
3. Repeat these steps in reverse order to disconnect the product from your endoscope main
unit.
You can find further operating instructions, such as on regulation of LED brightness,
in the operating instructions of the endoscope main unit.
Maintenance and cleaning
• Before cleaning, disconnect the product from the endoscope main unit.
• Use a small brush or cotton swab to clean the camera lens.
• Use a cloth, slightly damp with lukewarm water, to clean the camera neck.
