The right handrail has
a built-in bracket.

Step 2: Screw the handrail together
Attach the right handrail (13) to the right side of the base frame. Use 2 screws
(21), 2 washers (8) and 2 nuts (7). Use the screws (20) and washers (8) to
reinforce the angle bracket on the base frame.
Attach the left handrail (14) to the left side of the base. Use 2 screws (21), 2
washers (8) and 2 nuts (7). Now place the pin for adjusting the angle in the
hole.
RIGHT
Now tighten all screws well.
