USE OF LOW DOSE UV LIGHT
When you use Sunshower, your skin will get used to UV light gradually and safely. This offers bet-
ter protection against the summer sun and gives you a healthy complexion. Excessive exposure
to UV light can cause sunburn. In addition to many other factors, such as overexposure to natural
sunlight, the improper and excessive use of a UV light panel can increase the risk of skin and eye
conditions. The more often the skin and eyes are exposed to UV light, the greater the risk of cor-
neal inflammation, conjunctivitis, retinal damage, cataracts, premature ageing of the skin and the
development of skin cancer. Certain medicines and cosmetics also increase the skin's sensitivity.

The extent to which these effects occur is determined on the one hand by the nature, intensity
and duration of the exposure and on the other hand by the sensitivity of the person in question.
A healthy complexion with Sunshower
While the low-dose UV light from Sunshower is suitable for frequent use, it should not be used
more than once a day. Adhere to the recommended times for each skin type. If your skin turns red
after a session, refrain from further exposure to UV light and wait a week.
