Defective temperature sensor
You hear five beeps. Then four time indicator bars flash. The temperature sensor is defective or
the circuit is interrupted. The device cannot start a session until the problem is resolved.
Defective fan
You hear five short beeps. Then two time indicator bars flash. You get this error during an IR or
UV session. One or both fans are defective. The device cannot start a session until the problem
is resolved.
Maximum temperature
You hear a 3-second beep and the lights go out. Then the unit starts to cool down hard and the
time indicator bars flash. The time indicator bars decrease. Each bar represents one minute.
An excessively high temperature was measured in the device. Let the device cool down for some
time (about 30 minutes) before starting a new session.
Replace UV bulbs
After starting a UV session, first the time indicator bars go back and forth. Then the lamps start up.
Sunshower doesn't start properly for a UV session
If the UV lamps are still hot after a UV (or IR) session, they cannot be restarted immediately. It is
therefore important that the Sunshower completes the cooling period after a session, even after
an IR session. Otherwise, wait 15 minutes before starting another UV session.
Sunshower stops during a UV session
The gas discharge lamps are sensitive to dips in the mains voltage (longer than 10 ms), which can
cause the Sunshower to stop during a UV session. If this happens, press the Stop button and let
the UV lamps cool down. After the cooling period, the session can be resumed.
DISPOSAL
Electrical and electronic products must not be disposed of as normal household waste. If the
product has become unusable, it must be disposed of in accordance with the applicable legal
regulations.
