15. Firmware update
Use the app to update the firmware for the headphones, without which some of the device's features will
no longer be available.
16. Restoring the factory settings - Forced shutdown
To restore the factory settings on the headphones, press and hold the "–" and "ANC" buttons at the same
time for 8 seconds. Everything saved on the headphones will be deleted.
To carry out a forced shutdown on the headphones, press the "+", "-" and "ANC" buttons at the same time.
The latest settings used on the headphones will be stored.

18. Warranty
Outside France, Focal equipment is covered by a warranty for which the terms and conditions are
determined or implemented locally by the official Focal distributor for each country, in accordance with
the laws in force in the region in question.
