• Cartridge attachment (8):
for deeper tissue and for the
feet, hands etc.
• Flat attachment (9):
for relaxing the whole body
• Fork attachment (10):
for the neck, back extensors,
calves or similar muscles
• Sphere attachment (11):
for large muscle groups such as
quadriceps and gluteus maximus
and for targeted relaxation for
sore muscles
• Heating attachment (12):
for treating tired muscles
• Cooling attachment (13):
for treating tense muscles
Heating and Cooling
Attachment
In contrast to the other attach-
ments, the heating and cooling
attachment (12+13) must be pre-
pared and can be adjusted.
The cooling attachment must
be placed in the fridge approx.
30 minutes prior to use.
The heating attachment has three
temperature levels. The level can
be identified from the colour ring
on the attachment. To activate
the heat, press the button on the
back of the heating attachment for
approx. 2 seconds. The attachment
heats up to the lowest level (40 °C)
and the colour ring lights up green.
To switch to the next level, briefly
press the same button (blue: 45 °C
> red: 50 °C).
To deactivate the heat, press the
button again for 2 seconds; the
colour ring goes out.

The heat is automatically
deactivated after 15 min-
utes.
