ASSEMBLY
MASTBASE-BOARD CONNECTION
Items needed: 4 x M8 x 30mm Screw,
4x M8 T-Nut
Assemble the M8 Screw and T-Nut first. Then
insert the T-Nuts into the tracking system as
shown.
MASTBASE-BOARD CONNECTION TRIM
By assembling the mast base on the "Center" mark
you get the recommended Setup. If you want less
lift on your front foot, slide the Mastbase back. If
you want more lift on your front foot, slide the mast
base forward.
Then, put on the assembled Foil Structure and
slide the screws into the countersunk holes.
Then, tighten the Screw with the delivered Tool.

STRAP ASSEMBLY

To attach the Straps to the board, screw them into
the M6 metal threads on the deck of the board.
Follow the Pattern, displayed in the picture.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

If you conduct the following steps according to
this manual, your Foil will maintain it´s value and
a new look and feel for many sessions to come.
Take the parts apart every week and clean them
from salt water and sand.
Keep the threads in the fuselage lubricated with
Tef Gel. Otherwise the threads will corrode in
continuous contact with salt water.
During storing and transportation - make sure
the parts of the foil are stored in protective
covers, so that sensitive foil parts will not get
damaged.
SPARE PARTS
Core Kiteboarding GmbH guarantees the
availability of all components for at least 6 years
worldwide.
Foil parts, especially the wings are more sensitive
than your standard kitesurf equipment, make
sure to handle with care.
The wing´s surface inherently affects the beha-
vior of the wing. To maintain the behavior of our
foils, make sure the surfaces are smooth.
Make sure that the mast base and board are free
of sand before you attach it.
Protect your SLC components from direct
sunlight and heat, an excess of these factors can
damage the components.
