TYPES OF VIBRATION
• Left and right oscillation: amplitude: 0-10 mm, frequency: 0-50 Hz.

• START/STOP: Press the START/STOP button to start/stop the device
• AUTOMATIC PROGRAMS: 5 automatic programs can be selected: P0, P1, P2, P3, P4, P5.
To use the program: press the main switch. For safety reasons, pressing „P" only works when the machine is in
STANDBY mode. Press the STOP button to STANDBY the machine before pressing the P button to move between
the different modes/programs. Press the „P" button, the machine will enter automatic mode (P0 - P5). Choose
between P0 - P5 programs and press START to start the training.
NOTE: Select an automatic program and press the START button, the machine will then start the selected prog-
ram. During the automatic program, time and speed cannot be adjusted.

- step between 20, 50 and 80 speeds by pressing the M button
