5.1 Drive unit

Replacement example of Symmetrical two-way valve Type 204
Dismantling:
 Loosen the hexagonal nuts (1) and remove them with the spacing washers (2)
 Pull the drive unit (3) out of the ISO bush (8).
 Dismantle the bearing bush (4) and them remove the bearing (5).
 Pull the radial shaft sealing ring (6) carefully out of the ISO bush (8) with a
screwdriver.
 When exchanging the drive unit (3): Unscrew the threaded pin (7) out of the drive
unit.
Assembly:
Proceed with the assembly works in reverse sequence (dismantling).
