The following issues may find a solution in the troubleshooting chapter.
Using the
(RESET-ENTER) button the alarm is reset.
There are two kind of failures:
• MINOR: The control box works normally, but it shows the failure

• SERIOUS: The control box stops the pumps (Er03 CIRCUIT FAULT excluded).

ISSUES
Amperometric or thermal protection is active
The current sensor does not read any current flow
The external input alarm on the MPS3000 has been
short-circuited
The pressure transducer or the level sensor is broken.
(Only in case the parameter AP04 LEVEL SENSOR is
set on "Pressure Transducer")
ISSUES
The level in the tank has raised up to the maximum
float switch. The alarm starts ringing.
The float switches did not activate in the right
sequence, or a float switch is broken.
The motorprotector has activated.
(Only if the AP05 MOTORPROTECTOR is set on
"external")
ISSUES
The pressure was lower than the UP17 MINIMUM
PRESSURE ALARM for more than 12 seconds
The time between a start and a stop is lower than the
parameter UP10 AIR ALARM TIME, due to low air in
the vessel.
(available only if the parameter UP10 is set on a time)
Low air in the vessel. (This alarm does not stop the
pump).
(available only if the parameter UP10 is set on a time)
No water in suction.
Low water in the suction side. Before the pump starts the
time set in the parameter UP13 needs to expire.
(Available only if the parameter UP13 NO WATER DELAY
has been set to a time).
ALARM INTERVENTION OCCURS WHEN:
The control panel detects a failure
The control panel detects a failure,
the connection with RA100 is broken
The control panel detects a failure, the connection with
RA100 is broken, control panel without voltage feeding
or malfunction of the control panel
