Disconnect the USB cable from the computer. Right-click on the printer icon
displayed on the computer and then select Remove Device. Next, connect the USB
cable to the computer and try a test print

▪ Patrone nicht erkannt
Ink cartridge non recognized
➢ Drücken Sie OK, um fortzufahren und die fehlerhafte Kartusche zu entfernen.
Press OK to proceed and remove the faulty cartridge
➢ Setzen Sie die neue Kartusche ein (ACHTUNG: Entfernen Sie den gelben Streifen).
Insert the new cartridge (ATTENTION: remove the yellow strip!)
