Risk of fire!
Flammable materials kept in the cooking area may catch fire. Never keep flammable
•
materials in the cooking area. If smoke is coming out of the product, do not open its door.
Switch off and unplug the product, or switch off the fuse.
• Loose food waste, oil/fat and meat broth may catch fire. Before using the product, clean
leftover dirt from the cooking area, heater parts and its accessories.
• Air flow occurs when the door of the product is opened. Materials such as baking paper
may contact the heating elements and catch fire. During preheating, never place the
baking paper onto the accessory randomly. Always place a dish or cake mould onto the
baking paper. Lay the baking paper only on necessary areas. Baking paper must not be
on the accessory.

Risk of burning!

• This product runs on high temperature. Never touch the heating components or the
inner surfaces of the baking area. Always leave the product to cool down. Keep children
away.
• The accessory and the dish get very hot. Always wear oven glove insulator to take the hot
accessory or dishes from the baking area.
• Steam coming from the alcohol may catch fire in the hot baking area. Never prepare
meals with too much overproof drinks. Only use a small amount of the overproof drink.
Carefully open the door of the product.
Risk of scalding!
• Hot steam may come out when opening the door. Depending on the temperature, the
steam might be invisible. Do not stand so close to the product when opening its door.

• Hot water steam may be observed due to the water in the baking area. Never spray water
onto the hot baking area.
