INSTALLATION
INK PAIL INSTALLATION
• Unscrew and remove the follower bleed rod from the plate, but keep
it close by (fig. 5).
• Turn the lifter control (pos. 1) (fig. 6) to the "up" position to lift the
pump and the follower plate to the top.
• Open the pail fasteners. (pos. 2) (fig. 6).
• Place a compatible ink pail. Compatible pails with top diameter 330
mm (13 inches), maximum of 395 mm (15,5 inches), height and
minimum bottom diameter 264 mm (10,4 inches).

CAUTION: This equipment is designed to use compatible pails
with exterior diameter 330 mm (13 inches), and a maximum of
395 mm (15,5 inches) height.
The non compatible fluids may cause damage in the pump and
serious personal injury.

• Turn the lifter control (pos.1) to the "off" position (fig. 6). The pump
and the follower plate will approximate to the pail.
• Check to see if the inductor plate is set correctly.
• When the air stops and the material starts oozing from the follower
plate bleed hole, insert the follower plate bleed rod and screw it fully
in (fig. 7).
• Close the pail fasteners (pos. 2) (fig. 6).
• The equipment is ready to use (fig. 8).
