INSTALLATION

CAUTION: Make sure there is sufficient space in height when the hoist is in the highest position.
!
WARNING: If all moving parts, such as the group of rising and
falling pressure plate may cause damage to the upper extremities.
Do not approach with hands for the moving parts during
operation of the equipment. During the ascent and descent of
the hoist keep hands pressing plate and the rim of the container
material.
The portable ink pump unit is supplied with all the necessary elements
for its installation. It is also totally assembled, missing the assembly of the
handlebar.
Once verified that the package contents all the elements (fig. 2) and the
handlebar is assembled (fig. 4), connect the air inlet to an 10 bar maxi-
mum compressed airline using the air inlet (5). Use the inductor pressu-
re control (6) to adjust the lifter pressure to 5-6 bar (fig. 3).
Only for model (541900.770), conect the air inlet to 9.

WARNING: The pressure regulator (pos. 6), manages the
pneumatic actuator only, air pressure in the pump manage with
the pump's filtering regulator (9).

Keep hands away from pump during operation material priming piston
and compressed air is supplied to the unit whenever.
Before performing any maintenance or repair, disconnect the compressed
air supply and arrange for decompression of the pump and of the ram.
