fitted on the tool so that the closed side of the
guard al w ays points to w ard the operator.

Installing or removing X -LOCK

WARNING:
the X -LOCK holder during operation. Make sure
that the X -LOCK w heel has stopped completely
w hen removing it. O t h e r w i s e , t h e X - L O C K w h e e l
comes o from the tool and may cause serious injury.

Use only original X -LOCK w heels

The maximum clamping gauge of 1. mm can only be
g u a r a n t e e d w i t h o r i g i n a l X - L O C K w h e e l s .
Use of any other wheels may lead to insecure clamp-
i n g , a n d c a u s e t h e c l a m p t o o l t o c o m e l o o s e .
CAUTION:
Do not touch the X -LOCK w heel
immediately after operation. It may be extremely
hot and could burn your skin.
CAUTION:
Make sure that the X -LOCK w heel
and holder of the tool are not deformed and are
free from dust or foreign matters.
CAUTION:
Do not put your finger near the
holder w hile installing or removing the X -LOCK
w heel. It may pinch your finger.
CAUTION:
Do not put your finger near the
release lever w hile installing the X -LOCK w heel. It
may pinch your finger.
NOTE: No additional parts such as inner flanges
o r l o c k n u t s a r e r e q u i r e d t o i n s t a l l o r r e m o v e t h e
