Spectrophotometer calibration failure. Run the Color sensor check
diagnostic. If there is an issue related to the spectrophotometer shutter,
replace it (see Replace the spectrophotometer shutter in the user guide:
http://www.hp.com/go/StitchS1000126in/manuals). Otherwise clean the
spectrophotometer. If the problem persists, call your support
representative.
Carriage movement failure. Ensure that maintenance routines are up to
date, then perform Reinitialize carriage from the Internal Print Server. Also
perform the carriage-rail cleaning process (see Clean the scan axis and
mechanical transmissions in the user guide:
StitchS1000126in/manuals).
