Trouble shooting

LED does not illuminate
when power is applied from

Possible cause

Transformer defective, wiring
defective
PCB defective
Measuring probe not connected
to PCB
Only in 2-wire mode:
DW filled with DEMI-water
(cond < 100µS/cm)
System in standby mode
Low level detection
No capsule inserted
Measuring probe not connected
Measuring probe defective
Max. dosage time exceeded

Corrective action

Check transformer, wiring and replace if
required
Replace PCB
Connect probe to "1 ... 7"
resp. "8 + 9"
Connect a wire link between "3" and "4"
ATTENTION: Metering starts the moment
dosing unit stands live and conductivity <
setpoint
Press QUIT button for 2 seconds to return in
operation mode (see also Chapter 4.4)
Replace container
Insert capsule
Connect inductive probe
Replace inductive prob e
Replace container/capsule
Check pump functionality
Check solenoid valve/water supply
