Fault indication

The red LED at the front side will light up and the buzzer will be activated if the pump motor
has become defective (short circuit). Buzzer can be switched off by pressing "QUIT" button.
The red LED at the front side will flash and the buzzer will be activated if a low level
(contact open) will be detected at input IN2. Buzzer can be switched off by pressing "QUIT"
button.

Conductivity mode

Inductive conductivity measurement as well as 2-wire conductivity measurement is available.
4.3.1

Controller function

As soon as the concentration drops below the required value, the metering pump / AC-output
is activated according to upper described controller characteristics.
The desired detergent concentration will be set by DIP switch "TIME/Titration"
(range: 0,2 ... 12,6 mS/cm; w. factor 2: 0,4 ... 25,2 mS/cm).
Low detergent alarm delay time: In order to avoid that the low detergent alarm is activated after
a minor decrease of concentration, an alarm delay time (= t
switch "Delay | Mode |".
Motor speed (for pumps) adjustable in all concentration ranges.
For solenoid valves an interval time is adjustable in concentration range 0 ... 80%
Delay time runs down only when conductivity is in range 0 ... 80% and conductivity is not
rising.
Remaining delay time is stored every 30 seconds (necessary for Conveyor- or small DW with
wash cycles shorter than initial charge time).
NOTE
In 2-wire conductivity mode metering cannot be performed if conductivity measuring cell is
not submerged.
Minimum water conductivity must be approx. 50 µS/cm.
Remedy:
WARNING
Never connect both probe types (inductive, 2-wire) simultaneous at one PCB.
At Solid-Dosing units: Before removing of the capsule the QUIT-button has to be pushed.
CAUTION
So a flushing out is stopped for 30 seconds.
