WARRANTY
Neodrives Z20 S:
In addition to the statutory warranty, Alber
GmbH offers the following for the Neodrives
Z20 generation introduced in model year 2018
a two-year durability guarantee from the date
of sale. The warranty applies to the system
components (motor, display, battery), which
is applicable for two years from the date of
sale of the E-Bike dealer to the end customer.
Service process:
• The end user claims a defect at their local
dealer. The dealer can troubleshoot the
motor, display or battery and, in the best
case, remedy it immediately.
• Five working days repair service
If a solution cannot be found at the dealer,
they send the defective part directly to
Alber (within the warranty period, Alber
will take care of collection). Alber rectifies
the defect and sends the repaired part back
to the dealer within five working days.
• 24-hour spare parts service
Spare parts (according to the spare parts list)
are dispatched the same day if ordered
before 12 noon and are usually delivered
the next working day.
Components:
For the components used, see the respective
manufacturer's warranty.
Tout Terrain frame, forks, powder coating:
• Tout Terrain offers a standard three-year
warranty on frame and fork defects.
• Tout Terrain offers an extended five-year
warranty on steel frame and steel fork
defects. This warranty is valid if the product
is registered at www.tout-terrain.de.
The registration must be made at the latest
six weeks after the purchase of the bike.
• Tout Terrain offers a two-year warranty
on the powder coating.
During the warranty period, the defective
product will be replaced or exchanged free
of charge. After inspection, Tout Terrain
reserves the right to dertermine warranty
elegibility and method of fulfillment.
The warranty is only valid for the first owner.
The warranty excludes:
• wear and tear
• improper handling and compliance
with the maintenance instructions
• crash and accident damage
• repairs completed by a
non-Tout Terrain dealer
• if components have been fitted which do not
correspond to the original bike components
Tout Terrain stands for customer satisfaction.
We offer cost-effective accident and crash
repair / replacement.
Checklist for warranty and/or
repair requests:
• All warranty claims and repair requests must
be made at a Tout Terrain dealer.
• If you purchased the product through the
Tout Terrain online shop, please contact us
directly. It is best to use the Service request
form on www.tout-terrain.de/en/service.
• Please add to your request a detailed and
objective explanation of the issue, as well
as pictures, videos, or audio recordings.
• Always enclose a copy of the invoice.
