Non-observance of the safety instructions
and the prescriptions regarding the preven-
tion of accidents will occur the risk of injury!

I This machine can be operated safely only when the operating
instructions have been completely read and strictly observed
to. It is recommended to receive practical instruction before
using the machine for the first time.
I Always inspect cable and plug before using the machine. Have
damage repaired only by a qualified professional.
I In order to avoid any risks, the connecting cable - if damaged -
has to be replaced by the manufacturer or his agency.
I Before starting chiselling, ensure that the function selector switch (H)
is in no case in the position 'hammer drilling' (only for SPIT 352).
I Never use the machine without the additional handle (I).
I The machine is equipped with a safety clutch which allows only a
reduced speed in case of blocking. However this speed can only be
held when holding the machine concentrated on both handles
and a safe stand (e.g. not on a ladder) is assured.
I The machine must not be used when damp and must not be
operated in wet environment.
I Use safety glasses, ear protectors, dust protection mask as well as
wear protective gloves and safety shoes.
I Insert plug in power supply socket only when machine is switched
off.
I Do not touch the rotating rotating tools.
I Beware of electric lines, gas and water pipes embedded in walls.
I Only use genuine accessories.
