After plugging in the electrical outlet, you can proceed to functional checks:
 Continuous starting: press the switch on the side position 2 the machine starts.
 Stop: press the switch on the side position 0 the machine stops.
Use of the machine with the "Touch and Go" mode:
 Press the button on the side position 1
Press the black button on the control panel to set the working time. The machine is ready for use.
Before inserting the dough into the upper hole, crush a "corner" of the dough ball to facilitate its
insertion between the upper rollers. The rollers are activated automatically on contact with the
dough. Take hold of the disc of dough formed and give it a manual touch to perfect its shape. The
rollers stop automatically at the end of the programmed time.
 Press the button on the side to put it in position 0.
Thickness settings:
To meet all requirements, the machine can obtain several thicknesses of dough pieces.
All you need to do is turn the dial after having released it by pulling the black handle.
To obtain a thinner dough turn clockwise and vice versa to
get a thicker paste. To avoid serrations, make only one pass. It is important
to give a different value to the upper and lower rollers.
The form :
To obtain the correct formation of the disc, it is essential to adapt the sensitivity of the balance to
variations in the weight of the dough, in order to modify the arrangement of the latter
from a vertical position to a perfectly horizontal position before it passes between the rollers
inferior.
Balance adjustment:
This setting allows you to vary the speed of rotation of the dough. By unscrewing the locking screw you can
modify the position of the counterweight and its sensitivity by adjusting it in one of the three holes of the
balance:
Maximum sensitivity: for low weights, the counterweight will be positioned in the innermost hole.
Medium sensitivity: for medium weights, the counterweight will be positioned in the center.
Minimum sensitivity: for other weights, the counterweight will be positioned in the outermost hole.
After adjustment lock the locking screw again.
