Windows XP: Display Characteristics

This Windows control panel interface offers the ability to adjust the setting of the desktop representation to your
monitor and the graphics card.
The program can be started as follows:
 Right mouse-click on the Windows interface (Desktop) and left mouse-click on „Characteristics".
 Double-click on the "Display" icon in "System Control".
Set the resolution under "Screen resolution" (). Your TFT monitor can represent a maximum resolution of 1366
x 768 pixels scanning elements. Check whether an update of the driver of your graphics card can solve the
problem, if your graphics card does not support this resolution.
This resolution corresponds to the physical resolution. TFT monitors reach complete image quality with the
physical resolution.
You can set the depth of colour (number of the colours represented) under "Colour quality" (). Your TFT
monitor will support a depth of colour of a maximum of 16 million colours, which corresponds to 32 bits or 'Real
Color'.
