Produkt- und Funktionsbeschreibung
Die Automationsmodulbox AP 118 ist mit 41 mm Höhe für die In-
stallation in der abgehängten Decke, im aufgeständerten Boden,
direkt auf eine Wand oder in einem Installationskanal geeignet.
Die Befestigung erfolgt über Schrauben an den beiden Enden des
Gehäuses.
Die Automationsmodulbox bietet einen Steckplatz für diese RS-
/RL-Module:

Das eingesteckte Modul wird über die beigelegte Busklemme mit
der Busleitung verbunden.
Die Automationsmodulbox AP 118 bietet einen Leitungsan-
schlußraum mit Platz für Verbindungsklemmen (nicht im Liefer-
umfang enthalten).
Leiter für Netzspannungsversorgung und Lastkreise werden an
den Klemmen der eingesteckten Module angeschlossen.
An der Leitungseinführung in den Leitungsanschlussraum gibt es
eine Leitungsfixierung.

Installationshinweise
• Die Automationsmodulbox ist für feste Installation in trocke-
nen Innenräumen, zum Einbau in Zwischendecken und Dop-
pelböden sowie in Installationskanälen vorgesehen.

• Die Automationsmodulbox darf nur von einer zugelassenen
Elektrofachkraft installiert und in Betrieb genommen werden.
• Bei Arbeiten an der Automationsmodulbox ist darauf zu ach-
ten, dass die Automationsmodulbox freigeschaltet werden
kann.
• Bei Planung und Errichtung von elektrischen Anlagen sind die
einschlägigen Richtlinien, Vorschriften und Bestimmungen
des jeweiligen Landes zu beachten.

Product and Applications Description
The AP 118 Control Module Box with a height of 41 mm is de-
signed for installation in a false ceiling, in a raised floor, directly
on a wall or in an installation channel or raceway. The Control
Module Box is affixed with screws at the two ends of the housing.
The Control Module Box offers one mounting location for these

The mounted module is connected to the bus line via the bus ter-
minal block provided with the Control Module Box.
The AP 118 Control Module Box provides wiring space with room
for connectors for PE and N conductors (not included in the deliv-
ery). Line voltage supply and load conductors are terminated at
the terminals of the mounted modules.
For cable fixation, cables can be secured at the entrance to the
wiring space.
