16. Troubleshooting

The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your product failing to
work properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.
Fault
Product does not start.
Limited or no suction
capacity.
The product switches

Remedy
Charge the rechargeable battery.
Allow the rechargeable battery to cool down/
heat up.
Contact an authorised service centre for
repair.
Relieve the blockage.
Fit the dirty water tank correctly.
Allow the rechargeable battery to cool down/
heat up.
Charge the rechargeable battery.
Check the charging unit connection.
Allow the rechargeable battery to cool down/
heat up.
Replace the rubber strip.
Apply less force.
Apply greater force.
