Notes:
Main causes a) The check valve is stuck by debris and
cannot reset
Handling Clean the debris in the check valve and
methods the installation holes of check valve at the
pump body.

Cause
1. The check valve of flow switch is stuck
by something and cannot reset
2. The flow switch is damaged
1. The pressure tank leaks
2. The flow switch is damaged
3. The check valve leaks
1. The inlet of water pump is blocked
2. The water source has no water
The water pressure is too high
1. The connector of pressure sensor is
not plugged firmly
2. The pressure sensor fails
1. The main cause is the failure of
pressure maintaining
2. The check valve leaks
Remedy
1. Remove the flow switch for cleaning and install it
back correctly (see below a)
2. Replace the flow switch
1. Re-inflate the pressure tank (see below b)
2. Replace the pressure tank
3. Check whether the check valve (flow switch)
is stuck by foreign matter, affecting the checking
effect (see below a)
1. Check the inlet of water pump
2. Check the water source
Check the pipeline
1. Re-plug the connector of pressure sensor (See
the wiring diagram)
2. Replace the pressure sensor
1. Check whether the pipeline leaks
2. Check whether the check valve (flow switch)
is stuck by foreign matter, affecting the checking
effect (see below a)
b) The pressure tank leaks and the air pressure is
insufficient, without buffering function.
Inflate the pressure tank again according to the
pressure value indicated on the pressure tank.
