• Damage requiring service - Disconnect the power plug from the outlet
and consult a qualified specialist if any of the following conditions
occur:
a) If the power cord or plug is damaged.
b) If liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen onto the product.
c) If the product has been exposed to rain or water.
d) If the product has been dropped or damaged.
e) If the product has a markedly reduced performance.
• Replacement parts - When replacement parts are required, make
sure that the service professional who replaces the parts only uses
replacement parts that have been approved by the manufacturer or
that have the same characteristics as the original part. Unauthorized
replacement may result in fire, electric shock or other hazards.
• Heat - Do not place the unit near heat sources such as radiators,
heaters, stoves or other products (including amplifiers).
Ventilation - The appliance should be situated so that its location or

position does not interfere with its proper ventilation. Do not place
on bed, sofa, rug or similar surface that may block the ventilation
openings, in a built-in installation, such as a bookcase or cabinet that
may impede the flow of air through the ventilation openings.
Power supply - The appliance may only be connected to a power

supply as described in the instructions or as marked on the appliance.
Power cord - Power supply cords should be routed so that they are not

likely to be walked on or pinched by items placed upon or against them.
Electrostatic discharge - If the display does not operate correctly or

does not respond to the operation of the controls due to electrostatic
discharge, switch the appliance off and unplug the power cord.
Reconnect the appliance after a few seconds.
Batteries - Do not expose batteries to excessive heat such as direct

sunlight, fire or the like. Do not swallow batteries, risk of burns!
