Due to the large variations of possible configurations, this manual only covers the standard
installation of the units.
For detailed connection and configuration of units, the installer should refer to individual project
specific drawings and information.
In addition to this manual there are various addendums available that cover the specific function
of electronics that can be included within the camera assemblies.
The base mount assembly of the SP and ST units serves to provide the physical mounting of the
complete integrated unit, it also provides facility for the power and signal cable entry which is
fitted via 2 x M20 threaded cable entries.
The optional factory fit, 100-230VAC to 24VAC step down transformer would be fitted in the base
mount.
All internal power and signal wiring in the SP and ST series is routed through the pan tilt shafts
between the camera housing and the base mount, and as such can only be factory fitted at the
time of manufacture.
For safety reasons, no internal wiring is allowed to be fitted or modified in the field, unless
carried out by EATON approved and trained service agents. All other works must be carried at
EATON factory.
The integral telemetry receivers provide facility for user settable software limit stops, rather than
mechanical or electronically adjusted types.
Mounting of the complete assembly is via the fixing holes on the base mount and the method of
mounting should be chosen which will best suit the installation.
