Start the calibration process.

Start running.

Run along a route whose exact distance
you know (reference route). For exam-
ple, 4 laps of a running track = 1600 m.
The distance (in metres) appears in the
central line of the clock while you are
running. Remember that the device is
only calibrated for the respective pace.
A change of pace has an effect on the
accuracy of the speed and distance
measurement.
