Calibration

When the pace type "Jog" is selected (slow jogging), the meas-
urements produced by your monitor and Speedbox are 95% accu-
rate without calibration.
After calibration, accuracy increases to a minimum of 97%. You
must recalibrate the device every time you change the pace type.
