About the Speedbox II
Description
The Speedbox II is a lightweight, wireless speed and distance sen-
sor suitable for activities where the user takes regular strides, such
as running, jogging and walking.
The integrated speed sensor measures your speed and the dis-
tance covered. Unlike other speed and distance sensors, each
stride is evaluated individually. The device even displays accurate
speed and distance information during activities where the length
of each stride varies, such as running uphill.
The Speedbox II also functions in enclosed spaces because the
length of each stride is calculated by an integrated acceleration
sensor.
A clip allows you to attach the Speedbox II securely to your shoe-
lace so that it does not come loose during intensive outdoor train-
ing.
The Speedbox II measures speed and distance information accu-
rately, which you can read off the display during your training ses-
sion. The only requirement is that you connect the Speedbox II to a
heart rate monitor and correctly calibrate it.
