Removing the attachment clip
1. Press the two front tabs on the attachment clip from above one
after the other.
2. Pull the Speedbox II upwards from the attachment clip to re-
move.
3. Loosen your shoelace and remove the attachment clip from
your shoe.

Using the Speedbox II (switching on/off)

The Speedbox II switches on automatically when moved. Walk a
couple of strides or put your foot on the floor to do this.
The red LED flashes three times when the Speedbox II is switched on.
The Speedbox II switches off automatically after 30 minutes of no
movement. The red LED flashes twice before the device switches
off.
